International Conference “Dialogue between cultures: values, principles, perspectives” 2024
The conference will be devoted to the main problem of establishing a dialogue between nations for the purpose of cooperation for the sake of the future. During the conference, attention will be focused on the experience of European countries in building a common space for the good of all. Discussions will focus on the possibilities of implementing the experience of the European Union in Ukraine.
Roundtable “Intercultural communication in times of liquid modernity”
Discussion blocks: 1. Main features of modern times. 2. the search for values and ideals by a modern person. 3.The experience of EU in the field of intercultural communication. Experts from EU countries, as well as representatives of Ukrainian analytical centers, will be invited to participate in the round table.
International Conference “New Media in Europe and Ukraine”
The Conference will become a forum for researchers, journalists, and NGO activists to discuss the actual issues of intercultural communication in Europe. The main issues of conference: Section 1. The phenomenon of new media; Section 2. The new educational programs in intercultural communication and media studies; Section 3. Intercultural communication and new media in Europe; Section 4. New media and intercultural communication in times of post-truth.
Roundtable “Cultural dialogue in times of post-truth: European lessons for Ukraine”
Discussion blocks: 1. Main features of post-truth. 2. Avoiding cultural stereotypes. 3. Modern practices in building the system of true knowledge. 4. EU’s lessons for building effective dialogue between cultures and nations.
Workshop: “Media and Culture: EU’s and Ukrainian experience”
In this workshop, scholars, public administration representatives, journalists will be able to learn about the basic principles of intercultural communication in Europe and relations between media and culture in modern societies. Within the framework of the workshop will be presented the most important principles for building a European space of dialogue between different countries, cultures, and regions, the main directions of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union in the field of media, and developing intercultural communication. Workshop participants will also be informed about the current agenda in the European Studies, the activities of the main European partners of Ukraine. The participants of the workshop will receive a roadmap for possibilities of implementing teaching practices in the their activities, which they can then use to create a better understanding of the European values and pronciples which regulates the media sphere.

International Conference “Ukraine and EU: relations in perspective of intercultural communication”
This conference will be the final scientific event. It will be a forum for presenting the results of the project and discussing the prospects for its continuation. The conference participants will discuss the following issues: Europe’s soft power and new challenges for European culture; intercultural communication as the basis of European integration.
